Ensure we have an excellent staff who can plan, deliver and subsequently evaluate appropriate and challenging learning experiences for the children using the best, most current resources available. Staff will receive stimulating Professional Development (PD) Sessions which will be tailored to suit their needs. The curriculum will be reviewed and contextualised as appropriate.

We have to match parent expectations by offering the best education for their child.  Learning will be tailored to suit each individual. Children and staff will focus on problem solving, creativity and leadership skills and understand how they are built up over time; to make targets, plan opportunities to meet these targets and create an aspiration of achievement – then celebrate this through assemblies and awards.

A robust system of standardised data analysis, teacher professional judgement through formative assessment, Senior Management Team (SMT) intervention, quality PD, self-evaluation and moderation will ensure value added improvement for all children.

Caring, empathetic, positive relationships between staff, children and parents are the key to an excellent ethos which is the bedrock of a highly functioning school.

Technology enhanced learning environment, stimulating, challenging, appropriate to modern learning styles, contextualised, well resourced, and planned by all stakeholders will ensure quality learning experiences for all. Learners should be assertive and capable in their use and understanding of the Arabic language and ensure that Islamic Studies is a key part of PSI education for All Muslim students.

Effective staff role models and quality learning experiences and pedagogy will inspire children to be creative and deliver their best consistently. We need to ensure that staff are well trained to develop their planning, enquiry and creativity skills.

A genuine respectful ethos where everyone has a smile, is positive and puts the child first is key. Staff need to be well trained and understand the school’s values.
